Refund and Returns Policy
At LCB Medical Supplies, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges.
Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Photos and/or videos may be requested to verify defects, damage, or other issues.
- All returns require prior approval and a Return Authorization (RA) from LCB Medical Supplies.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, opened or used items that may come into contact with bodily fluids are not eligible for return, including:
- Bathroom safety products
- Braces and supports
- Cushions and positioning products
- Mattresses and overlays
- Incontinence and personal care products
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or videos to review the issue and determine eligibility for replacement, repair, or refund.
Refunds & Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or sent incorrectly.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Restocking fees may apply when required by the manufacturer or supplier.

Many products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms and coverage vary by manufacturer.
